However, if you need to return or exchange a product, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for refunds and returns. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange for your purchased physical product under the following conditions:
The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Earrings are only eligible for return if they are in their original, unopened packaging due to hygiene reasons.

3. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support team at sales@silverjewelleryonline.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our Customer Support team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method. If you’re requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
